Hat (and sporting equipment)
This is from the Washington contributor. All-Star team. I've also taken the liberty (pun, get it, Philly?) to cross "sports equipment" off the list due to the peeping bike wheels.
I changed the rules because the first few recipients were lame. I'm sending about every 2 hours, or when I think of it. I assume that after 2 hours that person won't be replying anyway. I'll still accept their picture though...
